VEMA Paris began in 2022, in the city it is named for. Founders Mr. Anushankara Narayanan and Dr. Divya Nair set out to build a skincare brand the way Paris has always built its best ones  slowly, precisely, and around real science rather than packaging. What started in Paris was later brought home to India, carrying with it a formulation philosophy shaped by years spent listening to real skin, not just market trends.

That philosophy traces back to Dr. Divya Nair’s own journey. For over 20 years, she has run a homoeopathic clinic in Thiruvananthapuram built on a simple but demanding standard: science-backed natural remedies for every patient who walks through her door. Over time, her practice began formulating its own medicines for clinical use and in that work, she discovered something that would shape VEMA: treatments that addressed root causes, not just symptoms, gave skin results that looked and felt entirely natural.

Every VEMA formula carries forward what Dr. Divya Nair tested for years in clinic  ingredients chosen and refined through repeated rounds of testing and direct feedback from people with different skin types, not a single “ideal” skin assumed in a lab. As social beings who believed this expertise deserved a wider audience, the founders chose to bottle two decades of clinical insight into something anyone could use at home. That bottle became VEMA.
